By adding blaid to a Discord server, using its commands, or using blaid.best, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use blaid.
blaid is a Discord bot providing moderation, security, leveling, tickets, and other server-management features, along with a companion website (blaid.best) for documentation, status, and a ticket-panel builder.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from using blaid at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse.
Premium plans (Server Premium and Customize) are purchased through Discord's own App Monetization system and billed by Discord. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Discord's own purchase terms. We reserve the right to revoke premium access if a purchase is charged back, disputed, or found to be fraudulent.
blaid is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We aren't liable for data loss, missed messages, or other issues caused by downtime, bugs, or Discord API changes outside our control.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, blaid and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot or website, including but not limited to loss of data, moderation actions taken by server staff, or third-party API outages.
You can stop using blaid at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate access to blaid for any user or server that violates these terms.
We may update these terms as blaid evolves. Significant changes will be announced in our support server. Continuing to use blaid after a change means you accept the updated terms.
